The form must be completed on-line . Once completed, please print the form, have it signed by your sponsoring agency/employer, and bring it to the Security Control Pass Office.
If you are unable to complete the form online, the form may be printed and MUST BE COMPLETED IN BLACK INK AND FULLY LEGIBLE. Correction fluid or correction tapes will not be accepted. Applications that do not conform to this standard will not be accepted.
**Ensure that Part A is completed and signed by your sponsoring agency/employer before submitting the application form.
FINGERPRINT IMPRESSIONS: Will be taken at the Security Pass Control Office.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION: ORIGINALS of the following documents MUST be presented at the time of application. Copies are not acceptable. The Pass Office will not retain the original documents; they will be copied at the Pass Office and returned to the applicant.
1. Persons born in Canada: Birth Certifcate AND Passport (if valid). If applicant does not hold a valid passport, then a valid drivers license MUST be presented along with the Birth Certificate.
2. Naturalized Canadian Citizens: Certifcate of Canadian Citzenship, Canadian Passport
3. Landed Immigrants: Immigrant Visa, Record of Landing or Permanent Landing Card, Passport (if valid), Permanent Resident Card.
4. Minors: In addition to the documentation above, applicants who have not reached the age of majority must present a completed "Annexto Application for Transportation Security Clearance" that has been completed by their parent or gaurdian. That age of majority in Saskatchewan is 18.
APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF THE FOLLOWING FORMS ARE NOT BROUGHT TO THE PASS OFFICE WITH YOUR APPLICATION. BOTH FORMS ARE AVAILABLE FROM YOUR EMPLOYER AND WILL REQUIRE THEIR SIGNATURE PRIOR TO SUBMISSION:
Instructions for Obtaining an Airside Vehicle Operators
Permit or AVOP:
All application and testing procedures to obtain and maintain an AVOP are handled through the Pass Office , on behalf of the Airport Manager. The testing procedure for a D/A AVOP consists of a 20 question multiple choice examination, as well as a driven exam. Written examinations must be scheduled in advance with the Pass Office , and the driven portion will not be scheduled until the written exam has been passed. Below is the AVOP Application Form which must be completed jointly by the employer and employee and submitted to the Pass Office at the time of examination. The D/A AVOP manual is also available below for your reference.
D/T and full D Airside Vehicle Operators Permits are only issued with special permission from the Airport Manager or Manager of Public Safety & Risk.
